TRANSPORT
the transport is carried out with prepaid debit invoice via our couriers unless otherwise specified.
The goods are insured free port that is assigned to port.
The customer is obliged to check the correspondence of the number of packages indicated on the shipping documents and their integrity at the delivery’s time, In case of dispute, they must be reported immediately to the carrier and subsequently communicated to us by e-mail or fax.
Any dispute which is not reported to the courier cannot be forwarded to us.

Delivery’s time
The delivery times are always approximate.
Products in stock are shipped within five working days.
For items not available, the delivery time is linked to that of processing and you will be notified in advance.

Costs
The shipping costs will according to the volume and weight of the item chosen, and are calculated automatically when ordering: once you choose the shipping method will be displayed in the shopping cart. No additional charges are required, except in the case that you choose to pay cash on delivery, in this case there is a charge of 3% calculated on the total amount of goods ordered.
Any customs duties to be paid to the customs of the destination country (Extra European union) cannot be calculated by us, are entirely borne by the recipient.

Vices on providing
The buyer has an obligation to report any defects found on the goods within ten days from the date of receipt, by registered mail addressed to: Dueddi s.r.l., via Reburdone n. 7, 95041 Caltagirone (CT), or by sending an e-mail to: ceramiche@dueddisrl.com, undertaking to preserve the integrity of the goods, in order to allow verification of the defects reported by the customer. After expiry of this period, the goods are deemed to be accepted.
It is highly recommended to always check the goods upon delivery.

Legal disputes
For each legal disputes between both parties is elected the court of Caltagirone.
